Hillside Hair Salon Policies
Deposits
Hillside Hair Salon requires a non-refundable deposit for all appointments starting March 31st, 2025. For ALL COLOR appointments. For All Color appointments, there will be a $60.00 deposit. The deposit will be applied to the remaining balance after the service is completed at the time of checkout.
Appointments
We all understand that life happens and some things are beyond a planned event. Your appointment time is reserved just for you! It's quality time and so is all guest appointments. Late arrivals and or cancellations can alter and disrupt an entire day. Please be mindful of your quality time and others. Respecting each other's time is essential.
Communication is KEY. Considerations will be made for extenuating circumstances with established communication.
Multiple Reschedules - Should you reschedule more than 3 times consecutively or repeatedly, a non-fundable deposit will be required for all future appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL
With respect to all appointment times, an appointment will be kept up until 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Appointments may be canceled for guests who are more than 15 minutes late and will need to call to reschedule. If you are running late please contact the salon as soon as possible.
48/24 Hour Notice
Hillside Hair requires a 48 hours' notice of any reschedule or cancellations. No fee will be incurred with 48 hours' notice.
Less than 24 hours' notice - Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the missed appointment total. The fee will be applied to the Card on file or to the next scheduled appointment.
No Call / No Show
NO Call / NO Show - Any guest who fails to attend their appointment without calling or notifying the salon, aka a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW will be charged a fee of 75% of the total services missed. Once a NC/NS has occurred, you will need to call the salon in order to schedule any further appointments as well as a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Hillside Hair Salon reserves the right to block, cancel, reschedule, or deny any appointment or request. Hillside Hair reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Hillside Hair is not held responsible for any damage to any clothing or personal belongings.
